1) CE3Crew.com and any other CE3 website or service allows users to communicate with other users and upload files, with and without accounts respectively. This service can be run by CE3. By using the these services provided by CE3, you agree to the follow terms and conditions.

When uploading content to the website, each user understands the following:

a) HaloCE3.com can view and delete any content, messages, files, IP, profiles or any other content.

b) You (as a user) are responsible for any content that you upload or communicate using HaloCE3.com.

c) By using this service, you agree to not use content that contains the following:

i) promotes physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

ii) contains or promotes “junk mail” or “spam”;

iii) involves commercial activities and/or profit of any kind;

iv) contains or provides information about an illegal or unauthorized copy of copyrighted work;

v) displays pornographic material of any kind;

vi) provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner; or

vii) provides instructional information about illegal activities.

d) Even though everything above is strictly prohibited, HaloCE3.com does not guarantee the removal of these items and any viewers on HaloCE3.com may be exposed to such items. By using this website, you waive your right to any damages related to such exposure.

 
2) You cannot upload illegal or copyrighted content that breaks U.S. Code chapter 17 copyright. HaloCE3.com take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with any applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from HaloCE3.com infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) from the Website by submitting written notification to HaloCE3.com’s Copyright Agent (designated below). In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) (“DMCA”), the written notice (the “DMCA Notice”) must include substantially the following:

i) Your physical or electronic signature;

ii) Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works on the Website, a representative list of such works;

iii) Identification of the material you believe to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material;

iv) Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address);

v) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;

vi) A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate; and

vii) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA Notice may not be effective. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. You may send DMCA Notices to HaloCE3.com’s designated Copyright Agent at matthew@mattdratt.com.
 
3) CE3 is not responsible for any circumstances that may occur while using third-party applications on this website, such as (but not limited to) Mediafire, Chatwing and Youtube.
 
4) HaloCE3.com stands by the following terms as well as the terms stated above. If there is a conflict, the terms above are the primary terms.
